Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Aka Sass, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all consultations, advisory services, and interactions with our firm.

Scope of Services

Aka Sass, LLC provides professional legal consulting services including:

• Legal consultations for individuals and businesses
• Contract review and structural analysis
• Legal strategy planning and advisory
• Pre-case preparation and guidance
• Ongoing advisory support

Our services are advisory in nature. We provide analysis, insights, and recommendations, but the final decisions regarding any legal matters remain with you.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your consultation
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Pay for services as agreed upon in consultation confirmations
• Use our advice for lawful purposes only

Limitations

Our advice is based on the information you provide and our professional assessment. Laws and regulations change, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and content provided by Aka Sass, LLC, including consultation summaries and recommendations, remain the intellectual property of our firm unless otherwise specified. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your personal or business purposes as they relate to your specific matter.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and discussions. However, we may be required to disclose information if mandated by law or court order. We will notify you of any such requirements to the extent permitted by law.

Payment Terms

Payment for consultations is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices for services are as quoted at the time of scheduling. Initial consultations of 30 minutes are complimentary.

Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide you with copies of any documents or materials prepared for your matter.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.
