30-Day Refund Policy

If you feel that our consultation did not meet your expectations or provide value, simply contact us within 30 days of your appointment, and we will process a complete refund of the consultation fee. No questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 30 days of the paid consultation
• The consultation was for a standard advisory service
• Payment was made through our official booking system

Please note that complimentary initial consultations are provided free of charge and therefore do not require refund requests.

How to Request a Refund

3. Brief explanation (optional) - While not required, we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve our services

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: We will work with you to reschedule; refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• No-shows: May not be eligible for automatic refund, though we will consider individual circumstances

Exceptions

In rare cases, certain services may have different refund terms. These will be clearly communicated before you book. Extended advisory packages or specialized services may have modified refund policies, which will be outlined in the service agreement.
